In today’s world, health, vitality and peak performance are non-negotiable. This is why, at Edifit, we have developed a course that anyone can do, that is aimed at the heart of physical and mental wellbeing. 

It’s never too early or late to learn about, and implement, the right practises to improve your physical and mental health. The Edifit Course comprises of 37 individual lessons designed to educate you on the How, When, What & Why of Nutrition and Physical fitness. The course leads participants down a road of better performance, improved mental health, and leaves you with the tools to incorporate these facets in your everyday life.

The course educates all walks of life on the fundamentals of Nutrition and Fitness creating an understanding of what fuels your body and how you can maximise the consumption of this fuel for optimum performance to build a team’s performance, reduce absenteeism, increase productivity, grow team cohesion, improve camaraderie and  create a happier, healthier lifestyle leading to improved mental health in both professional & personal life.

All modules provide the participants the tools to improve their physical and mental health and at the same time, strengthen their team bonds and accountability. In the nutrition

segment of the course we cover nutritional values of food as fuel, healthy nutrition strategies, healthy cooking, and sports nutrition. 

In the fitness

segment of the course we cover goal setting, anatomy, physiology, gym etiquette, resistance training for strength as well as cardiovascular strategies.
